On this episode, we are joined by John Ellis of Dynamic  Air Consulting.

John has been in the industry for 43 years. He owned an HVAC business in CA. He explored Indoor Air Quality when he was met with people with debilitating conditions. He wanted to promote solutions for these people. 

In addition to being in consulting, John is also a coach for The New Flat Rate. John and Eric talk about having an IAQ department within your business, the importance of investigating, analyzing and then giving a quote, and how John created a curriculum to teach others about the importance of IAQ.

John's main message is how to increase perceived value, and turning maintenance into a financial positive for your business.
