The Importance of Women In HVACR, Colleen Keyworth

Established in 2002, Women in HVACR has a goal of empowering women to succeed through networking opportunities, mentoring and education. 

In the episode, Colleen mentions that at trade shows there was never any lines at the ladies room. In short, the goal of Women In HVACR is to increase those lines & help women in a male-dominated field.
