Joe Kline started his Outer Banks HVAC company 9 years ago. Unlike most areas, almost all of the homeowners in the Outer Banks don't actually live in the area. For many homeowners, they have their beach house as a vacation home, or use it for a rental property. So a big challenge he has faced since getting his start in the OBX is working with property management companies and getting his brand in front of the actual homeowner.
